Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing GemSpark for your purchase! This Shipping Policy explains our shipping processes and provides important information regarding the shipping of your order.

1. Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a shipping confirmation email.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping: We currently offer domestic shipping within India. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. All orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Carrier: We use trusted carriers such as India Post, Blue Dart, DHL for all shipments. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

International Shipping: International shipping costs will also be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipments: International shipping may not be available to all countries. Please check at checkout to see if we ship to your country.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders). We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us at gemspark1301@gmail.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that GemSpark is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Address Changes

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at gemspark1301@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been shipped.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at gemspark1301@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
