1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns: You may return items within 2 days from the date of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
Personalized or custom items.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available only for eligible returns that meet the conditions outlined above.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, Refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 Business days.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for return.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Ship the return item to the address we provide in the return instructions.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchange/Replacement will be done within 5-7 Business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at gemspark1301@gmail.com with a description of the damage or defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged item for verification.
6. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Shipping Costs: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
